How does my link rating effect traffic on my site?

Links on CentralPets.com to other animal sites are sorted by rating. When a visitor wants to see links for a certain type of animal, the highest rated sites are shown first. Generally, our visitors will go to the highest rated links first. Therefore, the higher rated sites will recieve more referral traffic from us.

When you add your link to one of our links pages you will receive some html code that you can paste into your web pages. This code will create a button on your site that allows your visitors to rate your site. We have carefully designed this button so that it does not take your visitor away from your site. It simply pops up a small window to rate your site and then is closed when finished.

If you already have a link on our site and would like us to send you the code for your rating button, please send us an email and we will send it to you.

Our visitors can also rate your site from our links pages. However we have found that many more ratings will be made from your site since your visitors are already there.
