Information Required for Submissions

We require information that allows us to determine who submitted certain types of information. In addition, we log other types of information that will allow us to identify the source of information at a later date.

The types of submissions that we keep submittor information on includes stories and articles, photos, and any submissions that contain potentially private information such as a telephone number or email address. If the required information is not provided with the submission it will not be released for online viewing.

We do not use this information for any other purpose. In addition, it is never disclosed to third parties unless required to do so by law.
